The end of white coat syndrome

Also written using Qt, this application takes a patient’s blood pressure and displays the results. The same unit can also be used to conduct video conferencing with the doctor’s surgery. Potentially heralding an end to so-called “white coat” syndrome where patients are given over-powerful or unneeded prescriptions for blood pressure due to surgery nerves, this could arguably save health service money if the prototype were to gain widespread adoption.
