Raspberry Pi powers home automation system

Source:  My-ncube.com

My-ncube.com has developed a home automation system to manage lighting and heating using the Z-Wave radio mesh network.

The company has developed a product to manage home energy usage, using internet-connected motorised central heating radiator valves, a Z-Wave relay for switching on house lights over the web and and the Danfoss Z-Wave-based thermostat. The Z-Wave devices connect to the internet using a hub based on the Raspberry Pi.
