Sterling Commerce has completed the acquisition of Comergent Technologies, a developer of e-business software, for about $155m (£80m).

With the addition of Comergent, Sterling Commerce now delivers an end-to-end order management offering that will help companies increase revenue and reduce costs and order fulfilment lead times, said Sterling.
