Oracle has removed four PeopleSoft board members following its takeover of the company at the end of last year.

Oracle has removed four PeopleSoft board members following its takeover of the company at the end of last year.

PeopleSoft co-presidents Kevin Parker and Phillip Wilmington have been replaced by Oracle’s Safra Catz and Charles Phillips.

Executive vice-president and chief marketing officer Nanci Caldwell and senior vice-president and secretary James Shaughnessy, have also departed. 

PeopleSoft founder and chief executive David Duffield left before these four.

Oracle said two other PeopleSoft board members will remain until the takeover is completed.
