How can click-to-dial (click-to-call) be enabled at remote offices?

We've just installed Mitel 3300's across three sites and are looking to complete click-to-dial (click-to-call) for users utilizing Outlook 2003. The calls will then be pushed out via a 5340 handset. We can achieve this locally from our main site, though the option to click-to-dial (click-to-call) is disabled or greyed out for regional offices using Citrix Presentation 4 server. Do you have any suggestions?

The problem you describe sounds like your remote sites do not have the smart agent software. I would suggest checking your software versions and options. That should fix you right up. Depending on your firewall's capabilities, be sure to make the necessary rules in your firewall so that you don't block those ports/applications.
