Airtricity powers up Docucorp systems

Eco-electricity company Airtricity has begun using Docucorp’s end-to-end bill print technology to create, manage, print and deliver personalised correspondence and bills to more than 45,000 customers in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Eco-electricity company Airtricity has begun using Docucorp’s end-to-end bill print technology to create, manage, print and deliver personalised correspondence and bills to more than 45,000 customers in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

The system, which is being hosted by Adare Lexicon, was implemented in five months and is now fully integrated with the utility firm’s customer information system. Airtricity said it decided to outsource the function to concentrate on its core competency of selling energy.
