Datacenter Dynamics, a global knowledge exchange for professionals involved in the design, construction and management of datacentres, has been awarded course provider status for all 12 of its educational and networking events.

This means that visitors to Datacenter Dynamics conferences during 2006 will automatically gain points that count towards their Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) Continued Professional Development (CPD) requirement.

Datacenter Dynamics helps businesses meet the management and operational challenges of 24/7 mission critical IT facilities as well as providing a global snapshot of the issues and technologies that affect datacentre professionals.

The conference series, which began in London in 2002, consists of events that take place at major datacentre locations around the globe including Mumbai, Sydney, Singapore, Amsterdam, Chicago and London. The 2006 programme kicks off at the Hilton New York on 28 March, an event that Datacenter Dynamics anticipates to be its largest ever gathering of US datacentre professionals.

The aim of the conferences is to deliver a schedule encompassing internationally acknowledged experts from which delegates gain best practice advice about network availability while driving operational efficiencies in the physical layer.

The events offer a platform for delegates to share problems and find solutions by networking with other senior level professionals and to investigate technologies that will be shaping the datacentre market in the coming 12-24 months. The targeted audience includes mechanical and electrical engineers, facilities executives, IT directors and integrators and industry specific suppliers, whose responsibilities include the uptime of their essential computing resources.

In addition to keynote sessions, the conference programme includes solutions seminars with a number of interactive panel discussions.
