Promising increased functionality, lower costs and faster time to market, the companies said they would offer and install Siebel's customer relationship management (CRM) software.
The companies will target public sector agencies including postal and tax and revenue management agencies. Existing customers in the US include the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and the US Department of Education.
Siebel's software is designed to create a single source of information within an organisation. That information can then be made accessible through multiple channels, including the Web and by telephone.
