A tour of the Aston Martin factory

Aston Martin appears to put a huge emphasis on seeing what its designs will look like in the real world. This machine, is a computer numeric control mill, that Aston Martin uses to mould a full-size clay model, once designers are happy with the digital model. The model is only built once, and costs £200,000. It is viewed both inside the design studio and is wheeled outside, so the designers can see how the car would look in natural light.
