The Natural History Museum in London is improving support for more than 1,000 IT users by implementing an IT service management system from Hornbill Systems.

The IT team chose Hornbill Systems' Supportworks because of its ability to integrate with the museum's existing systems.

It will also enable the IT team to develop new service level agreements, track calls, ensure resolution, and adopt best practices throughout the organisation based on the ITIL standards framework.
