IBM's Cheetah database server gets primed management tools

IBM and AGS have launched new management products for IBM’s Informix Dynamic Server (IDS).

IBM and AGS have launched new management products for IBM’s Informix Dynamic Server (IDS).

The AGS Developed Server Studio and Sentinel R. 6.1 offer integrated system management to the database server.

IBM’s IDS 11 platform – codenamed “Cheetah” - delivers increased reliability and scalability, along with the ability to handle greater volumes of complex data at high speeds.

Server Studio and Sentinel together help database professionals and novices get the best out of these extra capabilities, said IBM.
