The next wave of projects must focus on driving through back office efficiencies, said Socitm president Angela Waite, who used the organisation’s conference in Brighton to launch a series of events and research programmes to run over the next six months.
Socitm will exhibit at the ministerial e-government conference in Manchester on November 24 and 25 and will host a one-day conference on business transformation in Birmingham next January.
