Top female IT students scoop awards

Schoolgirls from Dundee and Cardiff triumphed at this year's Axios A Star Awards for the brightest female IT students in the UK.

The prizes for best A-level and best GCSE student were decided on the girls' performance in exams set by six participating exam boards.

The A-level prize went to 18-year-old Scot Yasmeen Ahmad and the GCSE prize went to Cardiff schoolgirl Amy Morreau.
