Rinsler, who joins the business from a management consultancy, has 25 years experience in organisational supply chain and procurement roles for blue chip companies such as Unilever.
In his new position, Rinsler will be responsible for all operational activities of the division, and is expected to play a "central role" in developing Volt's business in the managed staffing programmes (MSP) market.
Managing director, Jon Tyler, said Rinsler was joining the company at a "very exciting time" in its development, and added that he believed his appointment would reflect Volt's "increasing commitment" to the MSP sector.
