Is there a generic blueprint for an IP-based call center? Where could I find one?

Probably not any more than a generic print for a house. Here are a few things to consider when designing your own basic blueprint:

1. What equipment will you need?
2. How many users?
3. What equipment will each user need?
4. How big is the call center?
5. What are the communications needs?
6. Whose equipment will you use?

Unfortunately, there are far too many factors to consider to have a single "generic" blueprint. Your equipment manufacturers should also be able to provide some good input.
