Juniper Networks has launched a new training programme and a marketing resource unit that it hopes will help its global VAR community more successfully market, sell and deploy its kit.
The Juniper Learning Academy, which will become available during Q2, will provide a free online, on-demand learning centre for partners to mug up on sales and technical curriculum.
Meanwhile, a Global Marketing Resource Centre will also come on-stream in the back half of the year. Another online resource, the centre will feature customisable, co-branded marketing tools and resources that Juniper claims will simplify the creative process and maximise dealer ROI.
The firm will be showing off the new programme features at its worldwide Partner Conferences this month, where it is also showcasing its New Network plans to add more data centre capabilities to its core networking competencies, an initiative Juniper hopes will keep it competitive against Cisco and HP Networking.
"This year's annual conferences will clearly showcase the value of the New Network and further strengthen the business advantage [we] bring to the table," said Juniper US partner boss Frank Vitagliano.
