Extreme Networks appoints new channel VP

Cisco man Bob Gault heads up the channel at Extreme Networks with Theresa Caragol moving over to strategic sales initiatives

Extreme Networks announced today the appointed Bob Gault as VP of global channels and partners.

The changing of the guards will see Theresa Caragol, the mastermind behind Extreme’s current partner programme, transition into the role of vice president of strategic sales initiatives.

Gault has over 25 years’ experience in the channel and was most recently vice president of Cisco’s Cloud and Managed Services Partner Organisation.

We will maintain a relentless focus on delivering wired and wireless networking, analytics and software solutions that will provide a world-class partner and customer experience.”

Jeff White, chief revenue officer, saluted Caragol’s navigation of the partner programme restructuring following the acquisition of Enterasys.
