Channel moves: Who’s gone where?

Personnel moves of note at NTT Data Group, monday.com, Searchlight Cyber, Arcitecta and WSO2

A few names for the channel to update in their contact books as several HR departments across the industry share the results of their searches for talent.

NTT Data Group

The artificial intelligence (AI) and digital service player has identified Kazuhiko Nakayama as NTT Data Group’s president and chief executive officer. Yutaka Sasaki, former president and CEO of NTT Data Group, will assume the role of senior executive vice-president of NTT. Nakayama began his career at NTT in 1989 and has worked in various roles across the group.

“Over the past three years, I have had the honour of working closely with Yutaka Sasaki and the leadership team on a strategic course that has established NTT Data among the top five IT services businesses globally,” said Nakayama. “That experience has reinforced my conviction in the strength of our offering, the quality of our people and the size of the opportunity ahead. As I take on the responsibilities of CEO and lead the growth of the NTT Data Group, I feel a deep sense of dedication, possibility and excitement.”

The work specialist has promoted Ben Barnett into the role of general manager (GM) of EMEA. He has been with the business for the past five years and has been working in UK&I during that time.

Searchlight Cyber

The firm has welcomed Paul Ciesielski as chief revenue officer (CRO) to help steer the business through its next phase of growth. He comes with more than two decades of experience and will now be responsible for the firm’s go-to-market strategy which includes overseeing sales and channel partnerships.

Arcitecta

The data management software player has appointed Ewen Smith as managing director of Arcitecta Europe and Nina Mangold to lead its European channel programme.

WSO2

The firm has appointed Tanmaya Das as chief financial officer (CFO) as it looks to grow the business and take advantage of the growth in Agentic AI tools. Das joins WSO2 following a decade as CFO of RateGain.
