Ingram Micro has teamed up with cloud provider Rise to offer resellers a portfolio of hosted solutions.
The partnership is part of the ongoing move by Ingram to promote the cloud to resellers as part of its involvement in the Channel Transformation Alliance.

The collaboration means that the distributor can offer resellers access to the portfolio of services that Rise delivers and help more partners make the move to the hosted environment.
Matt Sanderson, managing director at Ingram Micro said that it was now in a position to deliver aggregated cloud services.
"We recognise that cloud adoption can be different for each organisation based upon the application type, the customer starting point, the complexity of integration between systems, along with external issues such as regulatory requirements," he said.
"The collaboration between the two companies means that we can now provide all application and infrastructure deployment options from on-premise through to hosted, private Cloud and SaaS under one roof," he added.
Alex Hilton, director at Rise, said that working with Ingram would give its resellers more reach into the market.
