CA gave no indication as to whether any employees at its EMEA headquarters, which is located in Slough, are to be given the chop.
The vendor added that it expected to incur a pre-tax restructuring charge of around $50m, including Q4 2010 expenses of between $20m and $25m. As a result, full-year EPS is likely to be at the low-end of previous guidance.
