The House of Lords has just passed the Pensions Bill, leaving it to complete the House of Commons (which means that it can be considered a shoe-in) before it goes for Royal Assent. This means that we're half way there to having auto-enrolment of employees into pension schemes. Employers do need

The House of Lords has just  passed the Pensions Bill, leaving it to complete the House of Commons (which means that it can be considered a shoe-in) before it goes for Royal Assent.

This means that we're half way there to having auto-enrolment of employees into pension schemes. Employers do need to sit up and pay attention as they will very soon have new obligations to their employees including having to make pensions contributions.
