The detail allows for 75000 more adult apprenticeships by 2015; fully funded training for those aged 19-14 to take a level 2 qualification (if they don't already have one); not cutting £210 million of adult or community learning; supporting new sector based professional standards; and a replacement of Train to Gain with an SME focused programme that revolves around the low skilled employee.
