NetSuite makes “largest ever” investment in channel

ERP software vendor outlines new partner programme

ERP software vendor NetSuite says the re-launch of its partner programme represents the largest investment it has ever made in its partner ecosystem.

The firm re-launched the SuiteLife programme earlier this year, introducing more structure and focused training to get partners selling more quickly. Previously it had taken up to six months to get partners ready to bring NetSuite to market, and the new programme takes this down to 90 days.

“SuiteLife is the largest investment we’ve made in our partner ecosystem and is all about making it easier than ever for partners to put NetSuite into the hands of more companies,” said Chris Norfolk, NetSuite’s channel director for Western Europe.

NetSuite says the programme will help more new and existing NetSuite partners meet growing demand for cloud ERP systems.

“With this new initiative we are helping new and existing NetSuite partners unlock growth in themselves as well as their customers,” says Norfolk.

Instead of its previous general approach to training, NetSuite says SuiteLife now delivers “a comprehensive set of resources, certified training and tools that enable NetSuite partners to develop expertise around specific business functions, product areas and industries.”

In a blog, NetSuite cites Glen Banks, managing director at partner Kinspeed, who says the programme’s new pricing structure “is far more straightforward than we see with other vendors” and praised the support and the training materials now available.

The programme includes its pre-configured industry cloud solution, SuiteSuccess: “With the new SuiteSuccess solutions and add-ons, organisations in the UK can take advantage of industry-leading practices, that combine deep domain knowledge with pre-built workflows, KPIs and dashboards, to achieve the visibility, control and agility needed to grow their business and unlock their potential,” says the firm.

NetSuite also says it is rolling out new services that help partners “save time and lower risk” on customer engagements by providing access to a library of NetSuite training materials and industry experts.

There is also now just one subscription for all the enablement, tools, assets and support for partners.
