Agilitas extends global reach with ITEC partnership

Managed services player Agilitas continues to use partnerships as a way of reaching out to more of the market

Agilitas has continued to take steps to extend its reach through a process of striking up industry partnerships.

The firm recently revealed it had taken steps to bolster its security offering by becoming a Fortinet Integrator Partner, allowing it to offer the vendor’s products to its partner base.

It has followed that up with a partnership with white-label IT service provider ITEC, with both firms being able to offer each other’s range of services to customers, giving Agilitas access to more countries.

“The collaboration enables Agilitas to benefit from an extensive global network of field service engineers who possess local language and cultural knowledge as well as exceptional technical skills and attitude,” said Shaun Lynn, CEO of Agilitas.

“The quality of end-to-end services we collectively deliver ensures that our channel partners have the confidence to continue placing their trust in us to preserve their reputation and execute first-class IT services on their behalf.

“ITEC completely reflects our own culture of humanised service excellence and quality of execution – that was one of the main business characteristics that cemented our choice to select ITEC as a strategic global partner,” he added.

The view from ITEC was similar, with Brett Green, CEO of the firm, adding that Agilitas had already had a positive impact on its business. The firm has reacted to a growing demand for further services, largely around global inventory and logistics.

“Working with Agilitas has helped us to streamline our processes across our global footprint,” he said. “One of the core benefits of partnering with Agilitas from an operations and delivery perspective is in improving efficiencies. Interfacing with Agilitas gives us an industry leading, end-to-end service proposition.

“The value of the partnership is clear. End users are always looking for supply chain simplification and ways to do more with a smaller select bunch of strategic partners. Now, we can offer leading professional services and world-class parts logistics from one partner.”

Agilitas has been busy throughout the lockdown, looking to enhance its own position and reach out to partners to provide them with guidance during the crisis. It is in the middle of an “easy as 1-2-3”campaign that provides channel partners that are using its AssureMeNow pricing portal with the first three months of maintenance services for new contracts completely free.

At the start of June, the firm also launched the latest version of its services portal, Partnership, to make sure it can give customers the support they need during the crisis.

The portal provides real-time tracking, an analytics dashboard to monitor trends and service improvements, and ways to manage fault calls efficiently. Resellers can expect further reports around collaboration and transformation coming from Agilitas in the not-too-distant future as part of its series of how-to guides.
