The IBM support team sit in The Bunker, a room below ground in the basement of the Broadcast Centre at the All England Lawn Tennis club. Here, the team gather real-time match statistics entered court-side by tennis experts using specially designed keyboards to record every aspect of every match. That data is processed, analysed and presented to tennis commentators and the media, and used for on-screen graphics by the BBC team broadcasting the championships to the world.
