Samsung is set to open 15 stores around the UK to show off its smartphones, tablets and wearable technology ranges.
The South Korean firm is teaming up with Phones 4u for the roll-out, with the retailer running the stores and staffing them with its own sales teams.
Phones 4u is already running Samsung’s flagship store at the Westfield shopping centre in Stratford, London, and created several pop-up stores for the firm during the London 2012 Olympic Games.
Scott Hooton, chief marketing officer at Phones 4u, said: “Together, Phones 4u and Samsung offer amazing customer experiences that bring the latest mobile technology to life. The first fifteen stores will showcase a full range of Samsung phones, computing accessories and wearable technology.”

“We are already a leading retailer of Samsung phones and are thrilled to be further developing our strong relationship.”
The announcement comes just days after Samsung signed an agreement with rival retailer Carphone Warehouse to be its “preferred partner” in Europe.
In the deal, Carphone Warehouse committed to opening 60 stores across the continent, including in the UK, over the next three months, following a trial of three stores in Spain.
