Stella Travel Services automates ticket workflow

Stella Travel Services UK is using a new financial system to automate reconciliation workflow and mitigate risk.

The global travel firm is using the ReconNet system from Trintech to support its Travelbag and Travel2 airline ticket sales operations.

The implementation of ReconNet will enable the company to validate daily flight ticket sales and manage transactions over internal systems, external global delivery systems such as Amadeus and Galileo, and International Air Transport Association's Billing and Settlement Plan.

Joginder Bhogal, finance director at Stella Travel Services, said, "Trintech's ReconNet system can handle a wide range of very complex multi-stage reconciliations, and proved to be the best fit for our requirements."
