The project includes rolling out digital lines and installing an IPFX contact centre product, while continuing to manage and maintain the company’s voice requirements.
The IPFX product that will replace Foxtons’ existing ARC system has comprehensive functionality, which includes IP phone systems, skills-based routing and preferred agent/last agent routing.
Dan Rafferty of Foxtons said, “We have a head office and a number of offices spread across London and Surrey. We need to ensure that the telecoms service is reliable and scalable.
“The IPFX solution was chosen following an 18 month search, as it was the only product out there that delivered the functionality we require.”
