Cloud Services Provider Outsourcery has announced that it has teamed up with Dell to work on its IL3 offering for the UK's central government infrastructure.

This follows Outsourcery’s recent agreement with Microsoft to lead its UK initiative to accelerate availability of IL3 compliant cloud services for the UK public sector.
“Outsourcery is partnering with Dell as well as Microsoft to deploy and monetise what will be a unique IL3 compliant platform providing a wide range of services to the UK government and sensitive commercial sector organisations,” said Piers Linney, Outsourcery Co CEO.
Outsourcery’s IL3 platform will provide a complete range of platform, application and unified communications and messaging services to the UK market. The second phase includes data storage, archiving, backup, and Big Data analytics as data stored for the government grows.
With Dell’s position as a significant supplier to the UK government, it also offers a route to market for Outsourcery’s IL3 compliant services as it makes the most of significant opportunities in the public sector as the government moves to cloud based services.
Last week, a range of Outsourcery’s services were accepted onto the latest G4 (G-Cloud) government procurement framework, a web catalogue of approved cloud services.
