ABS teams up with Syscap in finance move

Advanced Business Solutions has reacted to a sluggish economy by launching a finance offering in partnership with Syscap

Advanced Business Solutions has launched a finance offering to encourage more customers to use flexible payment to purchase software and services.

The Advanced Business Finance scheme, which is being run by the commercial division of ABS has been launched in partnership with Syscap and is a response to the ongoing sluggish economic conditions, particularly in the mid-market.

“Against a backdrop of tough economic conditions, organisations can be forgiven for wanting to put their IT investments on hold. However this doesn’t need to be the case," said Simon Fowler, managing director of ABS's commercial division.

"Advanced Business Finance enables repayments of up to five years meaning that organisations no longer need to ‘make do’ with antiquated IT systems that deliver no real business benefit," he added.

Syscap, which specialises in channel finance, is supporting the scheme and Philip White, chief executive at the firm, said that more flexible forms of payment were essential in a weak economy.
