Storage and network solutions provider Lanway has appointed former Equanet head of southern sales, David Holt, to run its own sales organisation.
The arrival of Holt, who previously managed the corporate sales division at Insight, marks another step in the reseller's expansion progress and follows an earlier bout of recruitment in February of this year.
Lanway is targeting growth in profits of 25% this year, and hopes to push more sales into the corporate, education, housing and SME markets.
"The growth plans at Lanway are incredibly exciting. We're looking to capitalise on our focused, sector-specific structure, driving the contracts and services element of the business," Holt said.
Lanway managing director Andrew Henderson added: "[This] appointment is the latest element in a tactical growth strategy."
