Meanwhile, former O-bit Telecom operations manager Paul Richens joins as operations director. Richens was acquired by Daisy along with O-bit in February, and has also done time with Tiscali Wholesale and Eclipse Internet.

Finally, Frank Chapman joins as CFO. Chapman has lately been working as a comms consultant on projects for Ofcom, Eircom and BT, among others. He also spent three years in Afghanistan helping to set up local mobile operator Roshan as part of the international development effort in the country.

"Their appointments come at a time or organic growth for the business and are a demonstration of our investment in our future and the support of our partners," said Daisy Wholesale managing director Carl Churchill.

"For us, this year is all about growth and making sure we have all the supporting interface to win new business and help resellers grow theirs," he added.
