Compleat Software has begun recruiting Sage resellers after adding Sage 50, Sage 200 and Sage Line 500 to the portfolio of accounting and ERP software supported by its browser-based Purchase to Pay automation and spend control solutions.

The company believes there is a significant opportunity for resellers to sell its solution for the first time to the approximately 10,000 accountants in practice using Sage 50 software solutions.

Neil Robertson, CEO of Compleat Software, claimed the "agnostic nature" of its offering gave channel partners selling across multiple accounting software platforms access to an ever growing market.

"With Sage integration, the opportunities have never been better," he claimed, arguing early adopters of its technology would "experience a rapid growth in new business opportunities with minimum competition in terms of functionality and price".

Using Compleat, Sage partners were able to offer "a very compelling proposition to every Sage user at a time when new business opportunities are thin on the ground".

Di Hudson, CEO of Compleat gold partner Gyrosoft, said it was now able "to sell into a growing number of organisations, irrespective of the accounting software they use". She described the addition of the Sage products as "an enthralling prospect in a mature market place that offers few new business opportunities".

Compleat Software already supports SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Pegasus Opera II, Infor FMS SunSystems and Coda Dream.
