"C2000 has a very strong SMB operation but we also want to grow the corporate reseller space with an enterprise message," Breen told MicroScope.
He ran corporate reseller sales during his last four years of a 13-year spell at Bell Micro, before heading off to BSG as sales director in 2005. BSG was then sold to ACS, and the hardware business acquired by BT Engage IT.
Former Magirus reseller account manager Lorraine Higgs is joining Breen's team as account director while it has also emerged that Andy Rousell, sales manager at Ingram Micro's enterprise server unit - formerly CCD - is set to become the sixth member of the unit.
Unusually Rousell has been asked to work his notice at Azlan's Milton Keynes based rival.
Ingram Micro was unavailable to comment at the time of going to press.
