E-tailer dabs.com is making a minor round of redundancies to counter the lingering impact of the economic downturn.
The Government last week announced that UK plc has finally limped out of recession in the final calendar quarter of 2009, posting growth of just 0.1%.

However the road to recovery is long and a spokesman at BT-owned dabs told MicroScope that it was cutting its cloth accordingly.
"As a result of the adverse economic situation, dabs.com has announced a small reduction of nine jobs. We are hopeful that not all nine people will actually leave as we are trying to find suitable alternative posts within the company."
The positions put at risk include five workers in the warehouse and four from the commercial team. In total dabs.com employs 270 staff.
