One of the growth areas in recent years has been security, particularly the idea of linking CCTVs to the network so that the digital images can be stored and accessed on a system open to all.

One of the positive results of the security market opening up has been that storage resellers have had a chance to sell products that can house all the information, but there have also been opportunities for networking players.

LevelOne shows just what is possible, with a decent product portfolio including not only the camera, which can be integrated into the network, but also the managed switch and router.

Because the vendor is able to offer all the pieces in the jigsaw, it makes it an attractive proposition for a channel partner keen to make life simple for themselves as well as the customer.

Putting together a broadband router, a security camera and a managed switch means that it is possible to deliver all of the stages of the infrastructure, not just for a security camera but other straightforward applications including IP phones and Wap boxes.

For a reseller looking for a single name to shout about, the LevelOne brand certainly deserves further investigation.
