Don Smith, CEO of Mitel, said that it was helping customers that not only wanted to react to the short-term conditions of the recession but planned to keep a closer eye on their telecom costs.
“People will focus on getting an aggressive return on investment and some will be looking for 12 months but there will be others that get ROI in 24 months and there is a different customer base coming through,” he said.
