Graydon UK is about to welcome Alan Norton back on board as head of the IT intelligence unit.
As revealed last month, the previous incumbent Mark Ancell left the credit reference agency to join Computer 2000 as general manager for risk and assessment in its credit function.

Talking to MicroScope, Graydon sales director Craig Evans confirmed that Norton will start early February and it was imperative that he develop the use of its intelligence services among resellers and distributors.
"Now more than ever we are seeing a rise in frauds and we are expecting the next six months to be really tough especially with regard to IT based firms falling by the wayside," said Evans.
He said there were concerns that companies may overstretch themselves "on the back of the good news that the economy is officially out of recession".
Norton was head of intelligence three years ago before moving to become a consultant for Graydon's data integration and credit scoring unit. He will oversee a team looking after the IT & telecoms, hotel & leisure and CCTV sectors.
