My client is looking for a Product Development Manager, my client has is an online provide which is available in 10 languages and has a large pan-European customer base. Thanks to that success my client is one of the top operators in their given sector in Europe. The Product Development Manager MUST have a background in the gaming industry specifically with Poker, as this is a strategic product for my client, with a number of developments planned, and my client is looking to enforce its team.

Job description:
As Product Development Manager, your responsibility will be to work on the Poker Products. You will be working in an international environment with employees coming from all over Europe. My client is expanding very quickly and as a result, you will quickly handle a number of challenging tasks. You will report to the Chief of Strategy and Development.

Main tasks:
*In coordination with the head of Poker, provide the strategic vision, positioning, and specifications for the evolutions of your products
*Provide Business Cases to justify the evolutions, and follow the results once implemented

Dependant tasks:
- Provide market analysis studies
- Best practice analysis
- Innovation/R&D analysis on mid-term evolutions
- Developing strategies and tools for the direct recruitment of customers for your product
- Develop relationships with content and software providers in the domain
- Develop and Optimize acquisition and conversion tools to your product
- Specify animation tools for your product (any applicable, tournaments, competitions, etc.)
- Produce creative briefs to differentiate the website side of product from the competition, offering
players unique services
- Follow up development with the responsible Project Manager from the development team
- Constant coordination with the Head of Poker on suggestions related to the Product
- Follow up Return on Investment reports and adjust product depending on development returns

Abilities:
You are a poker passionate, have a strong sense of marketing and a very good knowledge of web technologies

Work Experience/Technical Skills:
- Product Marketing background (studies and focus groups literate)
- Extensive Poker and Poker player behavior and expectations knowledge
- Word, Powerpoint, Excel & Outlook: excellent level.
- Capability to analyze data and to present it in a synthetic way.
- Languages: English is compulsory; French would be a plus.
Salary: £40k - £50k + benefits

As Programme Manager you will manage a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts and will manage a project budget of between £5m - £15m on both Hardware/software projects.
Will will need to have skills and knowledge in the following areas:

- Produce a programme plan for IT projects within his/her accountability which support business objectives
