Committed to making businesses more successful, they deliver complete support through several leading brands. An opportunity has now arisen for a European Network Administrator to join their team. 
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;This exciting role would suit an MCSE or MCA qualified applicant with a track record of providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support, who's looking to develop their skills. 
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;As a European Network Administrator you'll be responsible for the European operation and administration of the company's internal networks, servers, communication and network security systems. The will involve acting as a first point of contact for European IT issues, entering calls in a tracking system and resolving or escalating issues as appropriate.
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;Your main duties will include:
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;- providing 1st to 3rd line end-user support at all levels to 180+ users 
&lt;br/&gt;- supporting and implementing the Microsoft and VMware core server platform
&lt;br/&gt;- supporting and implementing the local and wide area network and server infrastructure 
&lt;br/&gt;- administering, configuring and supporting the company's mobile communication portfolio 
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;When required, you will also take a lead role in the execution of IT infrastructure projects, research new products and practices, and provide on-the-job training to 1st line support staff. 
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;To be considered for this position, you must have: 
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;- experience of providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support
&lt;br/&gt;- a track record of administering, maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft operating systems
&lt;br/&gt;- experience with TCP/IP networks
&lt;br/&gt;- an MCSE or MCP qualification 
&lt;br/&gt;
&lt;br/&gt;As the European Network Administrator, you should also be a strong communicator with a highly organised approach. It would be beneficial to your application if you are CCNA qualified, degree educated (or equivalent) and/or have experience in a similar European role.
