I'm a security specialist recruiter, looking to make contact with Junior/trainee IT / Technical/security professionals from strong technical and academic backgrounds. Backgrounds in software engineering, and MSc from Holloway are very much in favour with me and my clients. If you're the kind of curious technical mind that has a good degree in IT, and wants to learn.
I'm looking for consultants with experience and interest in pen-testing and research even if its often in a "hobbyist" fashion, preferably from development or programming backgrounds, with perhaps some ability beyond simple network mapping and use of a Backtrack/Knoppix suite. If you have experience in network testing, or application testing, or even code audit that would be superb.
I'd prefer if you are able to achieve security clearance, but its' not the most important thing. That would the skille and intuiation you have, and experience. :-)
Please apply in total confidence that your details will remain only with me until you're happy with the companies I'm talking about.
Thanks and happy job hunting! :-)

I'm a security specialist recruiter, looking to make contact with some talented, dedicated and experienced security consultants, particularly those with experience in CLAS / PCI / or general level risk and business consulting. Certs will be nice, like QSA / CLAS / CISSP etc, but the main pivot is your experience.
The role will involve a lot of very high level commercial interaction, so idealy we're looking for someone with skills in the business arena as well as the delivery function of the consulting business. There will be an amount of bid preperation, solutions architecture and in some cases managing other smaller teams, to deliver a product agnostic and truly excellent security consultancy service to the UK market.
Ideally, i'd like to talk to people from known consulting organisations like the Big 4, and their competition in the market. I'm ideally looking for great candidates with decent reputations in the UK market place, who will be able to contribute at all levels in moving and shaping this business.
I look forwards to receiving relevant applications and beautifully written CVs as soon as possible. Christmas or not, business must go on! :-)
Best of luck and happy job hunting.
