"Funny" Connecting for Health NPfIT video on YouTube

Is this money on the potential benefits of the NPfIT well-spent? Since the £6.2bn worth of contracts with local service providers were awarded more than four years ago officials have spoken about the scheme as if it's always in the future. It seems to be a scheme with a future, but not a present or a past.
