The Personal Information Privacy Promise

The ICO has published the full list of organisations that have signed up to its new Personal Information Promise. The list, which is copies below, includes many household names, who are to be congratulated on taking a firm and proactive stand on their approach towards data protection management - well done all of you, and in particular the commercial organisations, you've gone up to the top of my list for preferred suppliers when I'm out shopping. What a great shame that there aren't any central government departments there.
