MPs U-Turn on Expenses Disclosure

The government took everyone by surprise today by not only dropping the 3-line whip on the bill to prevent disclosure of MPs' expenses, but also withdrawing the motion. Faced with a possible rebellion, the government very wisely decided it had better battles to fight. That's another point for Heather - well done!
