Identity Cards Secondary Legislation Consultation

The Identity and Passport Service has published a consultation on the draft secondary legislation for the National Identity Scheme. It's a substantial document (106 pages) with some fairly heavy content that I've yet to read properly, but I'm sure they'll still receive a fair few responses. I'll be raising a response through the Enterprise Privacy Group, but if you'd like to submit your thoughts for that response, please do feel free to do so.

The consultation period closes on 13th February 2009, and you can find a copy of the consultation document here.
