DNA data will need policing

Now if we assume thousands of people will need access to a national DNA database, not only is data integrity an issue, there is also the question of trust.

Anyone with access to the database could make use of the information it contains for their own gains. It simply will not be possible to audit every single access to the DNA database to check it is legitimate.

How will government ensure the DNA database is not abused and who will police it?
