News of a London couple finding Snowdon on the internet got the US president momentarily excited.

On his day off Obama decided to do a quick search to catch up on progress around US's most wanted, Edward Snowden. After all they say you can find anything on the internet.

Obama's typo in the Google search led to lots of results about a London couple finding Snowdon on the internet. The mountain in Wales that is.

Yes as if all those stories of drivers ending up under water by trusting SatNav too much were not enough of a warning, a couple from London took the advice on the internet that a route in Snowdonia was an "easy walk" and ended up being lowered 60 feet to safety.
