Satellite navigation has guided one poor Polish chap straight into a lake after he put blind faith into the technology. The local authority flooded a road to make room for a lake but no-one had told the sat nav system. Downtime is concerned about why the minibus driver, known locally as Moses, failed to see a lake before entering it. Apparently he had such faith in the system he ignored warning signs.
