We've all done it. Carried important papers to meetings, reading them in the train/cab/car just before we walk in to brief someone. Bob Quick did it and has resigned after a picture was taken of the classified document left on show to the lurking media. So what's to learn?
It shows how observed we all are, no matter who we are. Britain is a surveillance society and surveillance is a collaborative activity so we're all culpable; as was pointed out by the Jethro Tull lyric - He's watching me, watching you, watching him, watching me, watching him watching. P.S.I was never a fan but the sentiment is clear -- We're not a broken society just a pixelated one.
