Collaboration Technology 2.0

I've just given some advice to an environmental charity on how it can focus it's efforts through these tough times by developing its collaboration and knowledge management practices. In any organisation knowing what you're all talking about is crucial. 

As much as developing a Taxonomy  is important to sharing data and document as implementing a Folksonomy will be critical to allowing your organisation's ability to collaborate.
